Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be satisfied with BIOKODR. This policy explains how to cancel your subscription and how refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of the initial purchase. Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout and include your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days (timing depends on your bank).
2. Membership trial (7 days for $1)
Some plans start with a 7 day trial for $1 (or the local equivalent shown at checkout). Your card is charged $1 today. On day 8, unless you have cancelled, the full price of the plan you chose is charged: either the yearly price or the monthly price shown when you started.
- Cancel any time in the first 7 days and only the $1 stays charged. Nothing else is taken.
- If you do nothing, the plan you chose continues automatically at the price you saw at checkout.
- To cancel, use the link in your account page or in your welcome email, or email [email protected].
The 30 day guarantee in Section 1 covers your first full payment. For a yearly plan that is the charge on day 8, so the 30 days run from day 8, not from the $1 trial charge. For a monthly plan there is no refund window: instead you can stop any month from your account, and the next monthly charge is simply never taken.
3. How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time to stop future charges:
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Cancel”, or use any “Manage subscription / Cancel” link provided in your account or emails.
- Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.
- To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
4. Renewals after the guarantee period
Subscriptions renew automatically. Charges for renewal periods are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by law or at our discretion. Cancel before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.
5. Nature of the service
BIOKODR is a digital service delivered immediately. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, our 30-day guarantee meets or exceeds it; by starting your plan you acknowledge access begins right away.
6. Payment problems & chargebacks
If you see an unexpected charge, please contact [email protected] first: we resolve billing issues quickly, usually faster than a bank dispute.
